Honeymoon: The End

The End

After two weeks of traveling and running around, our honeymoon road trip had come to an end. It was an amazing experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone considering taking a road trip for their honeymoon. If you think you might be for you, go for it! We cannot wait to get back on the road.

One of our favorite things about this trip was unplugging. To be honest, it’s quite easy to do when you don’t have reception!  In the place of internet was a beautiful world full of life. Looking at content on a two-dimensional screen is vastly different from looking at a vivid red desert landscape, a wild bear sauntering behind you, or salty ocean waves crashing before you. Experiencing adventure and wilderness wakes you up when you did not even know you were asleep.

Seth and I have wanted to go on a road trip like this for many years. It was so perfect that we did it for our honeymoon. We love camping, nature, photography, and driving together. We are now planning more short and local trips to get away, unplug, and reconnect with each other on a more regular basis.

Please enjoy some of our favorite photos from the trip. To see all of the blog posts about our trip, you will find “Our Honeymoon Road Trip” as a category in the main menu at the top of this blog. Enjoy a few fun highlights below.

Thank you for coming along this journey with us and thank you to all who helped make this possible!
